Ben has over 20 years of experience across corporate advisory, legal advisory, commercial transactions and deal structuring in a variety of industry sectors, including renewable energy, commercial property, sustainable finance and environmental markets. He leads the Kilara Ventures deal team and is responsible for overall management and strategy across the Kilara Group. He takes a lead role in the management of our investee companies, including taking up Board positions and advisory roles.
Andrew Thomson is an energy industry executive who since 2007 has been at the forefront of the development of the renewable energy industry in Australia. With an international career spanning over 25 years, he has deep skills and experience in leadership, corporate governance, development and execution of commercial strategy, project development, delivery and operations and in stakeholder management.
Adrian has day-to-day management supervision of the internal accounting and finance function as well as statutory compliance obligations along with the preparation of management reporting to the Board. In addition, Adrian provides advice on the design and structure of investment platforms and facilitates the related administrative functions. Adrian has been a Partner at Pitcher Partners for over 11 years is a qualified Chartered Accountant and provides advisory services to the boards of a number of clients.
Genya has over 10 years experience supporting senior executives in a business support function. Her diverse experience across industries such as Advertising/Marketing, HR/Recruitment, Events, Technology and the Arts, allows Genya to support the Kilara Management team across all operational aspects and business needs.
Jack supports Adrian in his role as CFO and has day-to-day administrative responsibility for the bookkeeping, financial analysis, financial reporting and tax preparation and lodgement functions. Jack has four years of experience in professional practice with Pitcher Partners Melbourne and holds a professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant and a Master of Management (Marketing) from the Melbourne Business School.
Irina has over 15 years experience in financial analysis, business reviews, forecasting, valuations, and strategy development having worked in the USA, Europe, Australia and South-East Asia. Her experience spans a range of industries, including technology, oil & gas, energy, renewable energy, agriculture and consumer leisure.
Mark has been a leader in the development and financing of renewable energy and clean technologies for nearly 25 years. He currently also serves as Chairman of Future Super Investments and its Investment Committee; Senior adviser to and Non-Executive Director of GreenSync Pty Ltd and Non-Executive Director of Carnegie Clean Energy Ltd.
